Default let us talk about FR winrate

i don't remember where to see
the standard is 10ptbb/100 hands
so when i finished 80k hands in nl 100 to get 5.5 ptbb/100
i am ashamed
but here i see a post said 5ptbb/100 at FR is solid

so which one is true 10ptbb or 5ptbb ?

and how about 6 max winrate?
i have few expierence at 6 max

Its stupid to be ashamed of a WINrate. If you are winning, you are doing better than most players.

(I dont know the answer to 1pokerboy's question)
