ePassporte\cashout Question

It took me two weeks to get the microdeposits and now it looks like I need to load from my bank account before my account is actually active? So basically I think I'm looking @ two more weeks before I can cash out the paltry amounts they allow through ePassporte. Am I better of doing a P2P over to stars and requesting a check?

I believe that the company that handles/writes Stars' checks are no longer working with them. Also, I've read on 2+2 many banks not honoring Stars checks
