Neteller: Live Chat can't help

I am Canadian and just logged into Neteller to ask them some questions. I fired up live chat and got a chick to come talk to me. She asks for security question, I give it, then I ask my question and she says.

Due to reasons beyond their control they cannot assist me via live chat. She said my account requires a "certain" update. Said best thing for me to do was to give them a call.

I am going to give them a call when I get back home. Anyone know what kind of "certain" update my account needs? She wouldn't say anything else. I'll report back later after I talk to them.

Also currently I don't have any money in Neteller, but was wanting to use them to transfer some money between sites. Wonder if there is going to be any risk attempting that?

Why would you seriously believe anything a Neteller CS tells you?

Neteller CS: We are all going to get laid off soon!
Neteller rep: Can you believe some guy just now wanted me to answer some questions? I told him he needed a 'certain' update.
