UB rakeback payment

What's going on with Ultimate Bet lately? From what I've heard rake back payments are usually make around the 10th of each month. I've only been playing there for two months and the 1st month I got my money on the 15th or so. Last months payment still hasn't come (jan. 10th) and now it's 25 days later and nothing. I've sent several emails and have gotten no replies whatsoever.

Contact with my affiliate is not a problem. I haven't heard any news from Ultimate Bet.

Well, if it makes you feel any better, UB direct is very late at paying its affiliates. Payment for Nov only went out mid Jan, and I assume payments for Dec will be going out mid Feb.

If you are receiving rakeback through an affiliate you have to go through them. Ultimate Bet support will probably not officially comment on rakeback or issues relating to it.

The fact of the matter is that if a site claims that they do not get rakeback, even if its possible to get it through an affiliate, they might be telling the truth - its not them its the affiliates that actually give out the rakeback.

As for your November payments being late that makes little sense to me.

Also if the affiliate is serious he/she should be able to cover the money for UB for you in order to pay you in a timely manner regardless of whether he has been paid or not and then complain to UB about it.

Well, some US affiliate may be having issues with depositing money into their UB accounts [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

But a lot of affiliates dont take proper responsibility when something like this happens. That needs to be said.

I cant pass judgement on his affiliate without the facts...

I know I have threatened to close down sites in the past when there have been cases of accounts being closed and funds frozen with players trying to get help from support and support not treating it as a priority issue. They often rethinking and resolving it very quickly once you go over their heads!
