Default bet/3-betting after preflop reraise

i havent played NL serious for a long time.
i understand the concept of keeping the pot small with just 1 pair. here i have two hands where i reraised preflop and my cbet got raised.
maybe standard.
in smaller pots i could find other ways to play it but i feel pot committed when i would call the flop raise. easy push or fold?

These are hard spots you could be up against a set or some draw, I probley couldn't fold these inless I had some read, I'd maybe call and revaluate the turn or just push on the flop.
