Cashout at UB and the Pending Dollars dilemma

I put $400 into UB and have been playing there since August 2006. I now want to take out that $400 and play with the $130 profit that I have accumulated. The thing is I have about $295 in my bonus dollars pending account and I am worried they will wipe that if I cashout.
I received this reply from their customer services when I asked if my Pending Dollars would be affected by a cashout:
"They shouldn't be affected if the withdrawal is being made from funds accumulated from play. If you are making a withdrawal from funds that have been recently deposited, then you risk forfeiting the BonusDollars."
To me this is just ambiguous. 2 questions:
1) What are your experiences with your Pending Bonus Dollars account when you cashout with UB?
2) Do you think they will wipe my bonus dollars account if I cash out?

they will not cancel the pending dollars, they never expire...i went back to UB after a 2 year hiatus, and my bonus was still there and ready to clear
