WSOP Qualifiers

I see on cardplayer.com that there are a bunch of sites who have started their WSOP qualifiers. I was under the impression that there weren't going to be online qualifiers this year.

At the bottom it states that pokerstars hasn't started their qualifiers yet.

Is anyone else surprised that these sites are running qualifiers, and does anyone (Jurullo) know when pokerstars will start theirs?

They don't mention how these sites are paying out. Is it just 12-10k cash? Does anyone know?
