Default 100NL: KK and I\'m folding preflop

Villian is just an average player but he's not a donkey.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

CO ($57.50)
Button ($31.20)
SB ($58.55)
Hero ($91.15)
UTG ($28.05)
UTG+1 ($110.65)
MP1 ($77.30)
MP2 ($83.60)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG+1 calls $1, <font color="#CC3333">MP1 raises to $5</font>, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $16</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 raises to $35</font>, MP1 folds, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $56.50

Standard?

Looks fine. Also his re-raise is pretty small as well, another tell-tale sign. NL100 is prbably the first level you can do this and feel comfortable with a fold

well you could also push and not feel too bad if he calls you with aces. You cant fold to every 3-bet, especially not when you're holding KK. Weak-tight is not the way to go.

But folding might sometimes be OK with a solid read.

But it's not a 3-bet. He's limp re-raising after a raise and a 3-bet

4 betting is ALWAYS KK/AA. I'm only up like 15 dollars with KK in all of january, since the only hand you get action with is AA. Good fold.
