Default PAHUD question

in the layout manager, with the "table avg. pot size" selected in the format box it says Pot: $~.

my question is twofold. one, what is the purpose of the ~ symbol? two, when I join a table (I'm playing .02/.04 limit on absolute) why does the table pot avg. start in dollars (usually 20+), and work it's way down to something that's more appropriate, that is an avg. in cents?

Default Re: PAHUD question

the ~ is where pa puts the numbers, everything else is the text that appears with the number.

it shouldn't be starting that high, but it does take a bunch of hands before the avg converges.
