I cleared it about 3hrs ago and its still not in my account. Do i have to email them when i clear it? or does it always take this long?

Seriously, I wouldnt be suprised if you dont get it.

From what I understand, other people are having this bonus show up and then disappear before they clear it.

I dont know how the bonus works, but how do you know you cleared it? Does it actually say its been cleared? Did you just get enough points to clear it and assumed the bonus was still available to you??

No, the Full Tilt cashier has a link to a status bar of how much you've completed and it's at 100%

I cleared it last night, and it didn't show up right away. I planned on e-mailing them today but when I woke up this morning the money was there.

It should show up in your account soon.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. The money should show up in your account within the next 24 hours. I was one of the players that had their bonus eligibility disappear and e-mailed customer support. They investigated and was able to re-establish my bonus eligibility. Full Tilt's customer service was a little bit shaky at first, but then they did the right thing and recovered my faith in them.

I got the bonus, cleared it (800 points is pretty easy)

I then emailed support and the money was credited to my account within 12 hours. Fulltilt is a class act.
