How long until stars will write a check

I got a 5500 transfer, played high limit (30-60) with it for a couple days, won and lost like 6k+ and ended up about even with 4k PPs to show for it. I made a cashout and then I recieved this message

I have cancelled your most recent cashout for $5504.05 as a majority of
this amount was transferred from a player that deposited the funds into
there account just to transfer to yours.

Unfortunately we do not allow cashouts that stem from transfers and
deposits. You are free to cashout any extra winnings from our tables, but
the transferred funds are either to be played with on our tables or
transferred back to the original account.
