Call and see what hapens on the turn or raise to PSB then check it down.
He either has an ace or not and thinks you don't have one is essentially this game. |

I'd call. Usually you'll see a check on the turn (they took a stab without an A and slow down)... after that, take the lead.

Just call and keep the pot small. If he checks to you on the turn I would bet half the pot.
