Is this a good gamble (Neteller related)

My friend has been bugging the hell out of me recently because I got him started with Neteller and I got him in Mansion poker (the 100k overlays).

Anyways, when Neteller went down, he had $500 pending and now with Mansion out he has $100 there. He was complaining and instinctively (not to hear it anymore) I offered to pay him 70 cents on the dollar for his pending money in the sites. Basically, i give him $420 now and if he gets the $600 it goes to me.

Is this a wise investment? should the terms have been a bit different? Sorry it took to long to get to the point.

sorry guys, not trying to make money, wondering what the fair amount would be.

IE, the reality of getting $500 NT and $100 mansion....looking around now I see ppl are giving up about 5% for Stars money

how much would you give up for actual cash...and immediately? (the $100 in mansion is the especially difficult one i presume)

I don't want to make money off of him.
