Casino Tournament Blinds

I am curious to know whether tournament blinds structures in casinos are similar. My experience right now is with Grand Casino Helsinki, where chip stack and blind levels are the same for every tournament, limit and no-limit alike. The starting chip stack there is 300 and the blinds start with 5-10. That is really different than what I am used to online where starting stack is 1500 to 1000. This short stackness promotes loose play, which is really not my type of regular play and it requires totally different approach. So can anyone tell me if starting chip stacks / blind structures are similar in all casinos as well as for WSOP or are they for example casino-specific?
