Well they kind of forgot about it, and I didnt really care or bug them about it. Decided to today after a few people have been asking for it, and wanted to buy the rights and etc.

can we concur that this is the norm for AK and now if anyone posts a question about it in the general sense we can just post a link to this article instead of having more than 1 page in responses?

I wouldn't go that far.... There are a lot of things I didnt even cover and I can see some differing opinions for some of the hands.
