Ideas for NT purchase --> return/ebay

pretty obvious/simple concept: make a purchase with your remaining neteller funds and

1. return for cash to a local branch
2. sell on ebay for a minimal loss

i don't see option 1 working anywhere but i thought i'd still throw it out there.

any ideas?

Sounds like a solid idea and I'd say that your loss if you resold on Ebay would be around the 5% fee people are charging to transfer, without all the risk. Do a lot of merchants take Neteller on Ebay?
