pf is fine it was only 3 big blinds and you have position with high suited connectors. I agree with Jay that the flop raise isn't a good idea. If you're ahead you have him in pretty rough shape on that board. Just call and reevaluate on turn. River looks fine if you think he'll pay off with TT/QQ-AA which I believe he will. THe question is would he bet those on that river? I'm not sure, bad players probably do so this is probably fine.
