Need help on what to tell a friend that is a first-timer...with all the US restrictions, what would be the easiest place to get money in and out of currently (i.e. check payouts, etc.)

my opinion the easiest decent online option right now is betCRIS with funding through Western Union.

his mastercard through a university account still works on stars and should work on some sites.....just really need a site with free check payouts

I recently got a free Western Union payout from them. I think they were doing one free one per week. It was sent within 24 hours of my request. I think they had an issue with their checks being rejected by US banks.

yes. my brother cashed out via check, and there were no fees...
