Default stack off with flopped straight?

Possibly a dumb question. I assume his range is As w/ a pair, the bare As, two pair, sets, and the made flush. Against the made flush I'm drawing dead, but do you 3bet here? What hands do you stack off with here against an unknown?

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $1/$2
5 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $97.40
CO: $151
Button: $154.15
Hero: $460.35
BB: $230.10

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is SB with 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG calls, CO folds, Button calls, Hero calls, BB checks.

Flop: 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($8, 4 players)
Hero bets $8, BB folds, UTG calls, Button raises to $40, Hero ?

man I suck at poker. I totally would've pushed this hoping for a set, pair+FD. Do you still fold without the caller in the middle?

Meh, neither of them have a full stack. I think I push in this spot.

I often hope the same, and I am almost always wrong. Those lesser hands don't want to give a ton of action on this board because they worry about the flush too. So if someone is giving action it's usually just a bluff or a flush, without some read that villain is very aggro.

In position and in a headsup pot I'd definitely call to see if villain gives up, but out of position and with a caller involved this is an easy if unsettling fold.

I push too- I think Pair plus FD/SD and sets are larger parts of their range than made flushes.

I fold preflop.

I'd probably fold the flop, if you are ahead they will have A LOT of outs most of the time but you'll be way behind often as well...
