Not everything you plug in and it says "+EV" means you should push necessarily. If you discovered some other exploitable weakness in your opponent's play, it may be more profitable to exploit that instead. FWIW, I think he played it fine...

I felt like Giga could have pulled a stop-and-go a number of times with a crap hand when this guy decided to just min raise every hand.

So do I, and I completely agree that just because a play may be +eV doesnt mean that the flop should be pushed. At least at the 11s, I think he settled to much for making the correc +ev play and not exploiting all the holes in people's games at that level. I would do a lot more limping if I were him, and make my decisions based on the flop rather than preflop.

I don't disagree but the blinds are getting big and this will likely be over in 10 hands. At the Party Poker structure what's left to exploit? I think that his opponent has a tight calling range. He laid down already getting 2:1 on a call. I can't see how he can give up +EV here and feel that its a good thing.

Stop making excuses for Giga, so many of these PF folds with the 250-500 and 300-600 blinds are just wrong. The opponent was pretty tight also.
