Re: AA raised on flop. Is folding nuts?
Dont make such a crappy raise preflop. Problem solved.
As played, Im afraid you have to push. |

Re: AA raised on flop. Is folding nuts?
Yes preflop raise was crappy. I knew I would be told this without asking and you're right. How much is good? 20? 24?
Anyhow, thanks for the responses so far, 3 answers in 5 minutes, wow! I sure do appreciate it. |

Re: AA raised on flop. Is folding nuts?
Reraise preflop to 20-22, bet 30-35 on flop, call a push.

Re: AA raised on flop. Is folding nuts?
OK, I agree raising to 22 is better but is the problem really solved?
General rule - call with PP's for 5% of effective stack right? So villain has to call 16 more which is maybe 6.5% of his stack. I suspect most people would still call 16 more here with most PP's so I still would have essentially the same problem on the flop no? I know that I would call 16 more with most (maybe all) PP's here. Leak? Maybe I should raise to 26? |

Re: AA raised on flop. Is folding nuts?
I think calling 16 more with any PP with 125 BB stacks is a leak. If stacks were 200BB, then it could be justifiable against the right opponent.
