Default Foxwoods shufflers rigged at 20-40???

I was playing 20-40 and this kid was telling me the shufflers are rigged to induce action during the hand. I didnt believe him at first but he had a group of people also confirming saying his uncle works at the factory that manufactures them. Everyone knew him in the poker room and everyone even knew what he drank. He was a lil drunk but he had a good 7-8 people come over and confirm his story. Is this crazy?
