I just got a foreign bank account in Mexico. Now how is the best way to establish a 'residence' outside of the U.S.? Do I want to rent out some crappy hole in the wall apartment or could I just get a PO Box?

Congrats--Most cashouts will require proof of where you live i e utility bill--phone number etc. I don't think you will get away with a U S address, at least I didn't with Netteller when I had financial stuff in one country and lived in another. Good luck--How long of a wait at the Border or did you walk???
