Default 400NL: Getting clever with AQs

Button and SB are pretty aggressive 23/19/4 regulars, so the 3-bet preflop doesn't have to be a monster hand. I have never done this before, so I was counting on getting a bit of credit for a big hand with my cold call. Please educate me if its bad, and suggest a better line.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Button ($947.50)
SB ($524)
Hero ($591.80)
UTG ($400)
MP ($399.60)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $2.
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $14</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB (poster) raises to $42</font>, Hero calls $40, Button calls $30.

Flop: ($132) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $100</font>

AQs included in the 'junk' range?

So is there ever any sense to this call against non-retarded opponents? I mean, if you feel his range is wide enough that you are very often ahead, would you 4-bet instead?

And what about same situation with AKo against these opponents? 4-bet push?

I would rather do this with 67s, but it's not a bad spot if they will give you credit for QQ+
