Default Three of a Kind in an unkind board

$100 tourney at Mansion.
Blinds are 150-300 with 15 ante.
I have TT under the gun, T7500. I raise to T900.
Cutoff player with T6000 calls.

Both blinds fold.

Flop is
K Q T rainbow.

What is the best play?

Get the money in the quickest way possible.

A check/raise is bad because he might want to take a free card with a lot of hands here. He also might also find a fold if he bets AK and you crai

Lead out for 2,000 and hope that he shoves with his AK/KQ/AQ.
