Default is there such a thing as a stop-n-go check-raise?

About 45 min. into the tourny. The button has been tight (PFR of 5.6 over about 40 hands), but I felt like this was a PF steal attempt with a post flop cbet. Was my line any good here?

there's not supposed to be b/c rule #1 of SNG is push the flop no matter what. but this wasn't a good spot for a SNG nor was it a SNG. it's when you are shorter stacked, call the raise instead of pushing on the chance that the villian will fold to your push on the flop.
