Multiple Adsense accounts..?

Ok so say your going to have many different sites with adsense do you have to create a new account each time and let them approve it? and Another question is , say if you get banned from them is that it for you or is there a way around it

No you just post the code and google does not need to approve it.

You can only register one account with adsense (unless you incorporate a company and register corporations which is expensive). You can add Adsense code to multiple sites with yout one account. If you are banned, it is it for you; you cannot open a new Adsense account (you can explore other revenue generating methods ie. affiliates, other types of ads).
