Neteller and the FSA

I have posted in a couple of threads but keep seeing the same nonsense again and again. This is the situation:

Neteller PLC is based in the Isle of Man an IS NOT REGULATED BY THE FSA.

Neteller UK is regulated by the FSA but its customers are based in the UK and Europe not the US.

Other than any impact on Neteller UK the FSA has no interest whatsoever in the relationship between Neteller PLC and US customers.

Neteller is not a bank

The fact that Neteller is UK listed is completely irrelevant to any consumer protection issues.
