I stand by South Padre Island as the best choice possible. Crazy atmosphere, no rules, bars serve insanely strong drinks and its just generally nuts.

If they are still doing the miller lite cruises over, Id look into em it was pretty sweet.

ive personally never been [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] (im not balla) i know a girl who studied abroad and said ibiza is insane. the party till like 7am all the time. its a non stop party and everything around there is beautiful.

cancun is freaking crazy if you want it to be.. if you want to chill the weather is great if you want the party the "scenery" is incredible i have been there twice and there is no shortage of white skirts everywhere.. the locals understand that this is how they make their money for the year and they do anything they can to go out of their way for americans.. bring a blonde girl with cuz all they have is balck hair there and name what you want.. The hotel zone is all americanized with many different options for food of all kinds as well as hotels of all kinds.. The beach has been fully restored and is nearly twice as big as last year.
You can stay somewhere like here if you bring your boys for cheap http://www.viviun.com/AD-63011/ under$400 per person for the week.. The weather is immaculate we were there for 16 days last year and saw clouds for like an hour. Plus the clubs are insane if you do decide to go. all kinds massive clubs that hold 5k people or local pubs. name it they got it or can get it for you there. once again its how the locals get their money, catering to you.. plus some good side trips you can take
