I'm so sick of everyone defending Neteller

This is a joke. I have been extremely patient through all of this. Everyone keeps saying, "You will get your money. Don't worry. It's not Neteller's fault."

Look, Neteller has not been honest about anything from day 1. First they told me my EFT would be processed in a couple days. Then they told me it would be processed in a week or 2. Next they told me it would be processed in 2 - 4 weeks. Yesterday they told me they were no longer processing EFT's and the only way to get your money is to cancel your EFT and use your card (which by the way, they TOLD me they shipped on 1/22 but I still have not received yet.) Well, today they told me that you can no longer withdraw using your card. The VIP CS Supervisor confirmed that there is NO WAY to get your money. No EFT's, no using your debit card and no getting a check. But she ASSURED me that I will get my money. Oh really???? When??

I have been polite everytime I have called. But this time I was a little more upset. She didn't care. She said I can't continue to talk to you as I have many calls. NO [censored]! I wonder why you have so many calls.........She then hung up on me.

Everyone continue to tell everyone else to be patient. You will get your money. You would have to be a complete fool if you believe that at this point.

Yes, it is Neteller's fault, there is no legal reason why, if our money is really in "trust" at a legitimate European Bank, that they cannot cut checks against this money. Hell, under a worst case scenario there's no reason they couldn't just courier us the freaking cash!
