i watched like 10 mins of it. it saw all the states didnt ratify so wtf? please just tell me some cliff notes or what was said at the end.

I watched about an hour of it and then got bored. Ok basically the video says that there is no law stating that a person must pay income taxes. But the lower courts are sending people to jail for income tax invasion only because the judge directs the jury to make a guilty decision.

The lower courts are ignoring the Supreme courts ruling that citizens do not have to pay income taxes. In a few cases where juries were not mislead by the presiding judge in lower courts income tax invaders were found to be not guilty (one of them being a man named Whitey who had not filed in four straight years.)

So in summary some people are being sent to jail illegaly for income tax invasion. And a very rare few are being found not guilty of income tax invasion set free.
