I'd fold to MP2's raise.

Dan plays good. No reason to call off excessive chips in an unraised pot like this.

When you call his re-raise what is your plan for the turn?

Mike, you're spewing chips from the BB by betting out top pair all the time. This is like your third similar hand today. Remember, this is tournament poker. And, use the BB to scare your opponents.

Consider check/calling more often in these spots. It makes it harder for your opponent. Also, when there are several opponents, you gain more info by checking.

I plan to check and get a free river card, or hope to improve my hand, which is a 5 outer.

I did not want to call his 320 bet to find out if I had the best hand. Mainly b/c I will probably have to call a larger bet on the river.

This was a tuff hand to play in a big pot and OOP.

I agree. Here is my previous reasoning.

"I hit TP on the flop from the BB. I need to bet out so I can a) protect my hand, b)gain value from weaker hands, c)gain information about my opponents hands."

Constantly betting these hands out into multiple opponents is inflating the pot while I am OOP. It is also providing me with very little information about my opponents hands.

This reasoning comes from the old strategy of "betting out when we have a hand." Which will disguise the strength of our holding. I am defiantly mis-applying the concept. This should be used when we have a monster hand, not when we hit TP from the BB.
