Default Western Union Fees

Just thought I'd mention that before sending a Western Union deposit to a site, you should go to the Western Union web site to check the fees. I was originally told by a person at my local Western Union agent's office that the fee for a transfer to Costa Rica was approximately $9.99 (for a transfer of $800) When I went to make the transfer, the fee was $62.00. I didn't send the money. Makes epassporte look like a steal.

Interestingly, the same trasnfer to Peru was only $40.00.
