What does that flop push accomplish? Any KQ/KJ hand will probably continue betting into you, considering his stats. You obviously won't fold an 8. You're not afraid of any overcards or flushes. The only benefit I could see would be for metagame purposes, and in general, I don't see a need to examine metagame when dealing with super LAGs that you think play poorly.

Looks good. You want to get all the money in. Generally I think it's better to just call his c/r but you know the villain best.

Unless he's capable of bluff calling your flop push with QTo, you want to call his flop raise and let him fire again on the turn.
