I'd bet the turn. You're ahead here a decent percentage of the time.

Betting the river isn't good. He's not going to be convinced that you've suddenly made a great hand with that very unscary 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], so there's little value in doing so. Worse hands fold, better hands call. Check/call seems better, give him a chance to bluff at it.
