One of my first hands at the table and I normally play NL100 so no reads.

I'd probably just call the flop raise. On a non club, non 6,7 or J turn I'd crai.

Then what happens if a club, 6,7 or J. They either kill your action or make him have a better hand. I think most people will call a all in with overcards and a flush draw or a pair and a straight draw.

i think this is fine even though it is a scary board. It's much easier obviously with a read. I would either do what you did or get it in on a safe turn.
