Default UB Check- no problems

With all the panic on these forums I thought I'd chime in that I cashed out a sizeable check from Ultimate Bet and received it by FedEx in less than a week. Bank of America then accepted my deposit less cash received.

What was the name on the check?

I forget what it said last time but I do recall not seeing UB on it anywhere.

Not to worry you unnecessarily, dude, but keep an eye on your account.

I had a *U.S. bank check* bounce recently because of some stupid printing error. No phone call, no email, my bank just took the money back out of my account and mailed me the "bad" check.

If a bank doesn't have to honor a check from another bank because of some trivial error... well, I wouldn't be quite 100% sure that you are completely in the clear yet.

As I understand it, Chexx Inc. Will (hopefully) be able to confirm later this week.

Chexx INC is correct. I'm not 100% certain everything will be fine (most of money won't clear until midnight), but there weren't any problems as of yet.

I did not see any option to request a fedex check. When you bring up the withdrawal screen and click check does it automatically imply fedex?

Same for me - $600. They finally let me cash some out after playing "enough" (I had deposited $900 on the previous reload just before the crap hit the fan.) Even though I had played some they were saying it looked like fraud and I needed to play more. FYI 2 tables of NL25 6-max for an 2 hours apparently is "enough" to convince them your not up to fraudulaent activity.
