boxing "value" bet..if you can bet on pinny

i hate the phrase "value bet", often the value is really just in the eye of the beholder.. but this is killing me.. can someone pls help pinny balance some of their square boxing action??

i'd be glad to help but my hands are tied right now.. currently pinny have something like fm -210/odlh +190 ml, fm +111 to win by dec. somebody should scalp the hell out of odlh ml/ and floyd by dec... (i'd weight the fm by dec bet heavier) floyd has less than 10% chance of stopping de la hoya, if he does it's most likely from a cut (this also makes NO on fm to win by stoppage -460 attractive choice) a draw is a possibility but you can always hedge by placing a small bet on draw as well (in the event of a draw you will only lose the fm by dec side of the scalp)

I can't bet pinny anymore, but I remember not taking this bet because the limits were very low and the money would have to be tied up until May. If the line is still around then, though, I like this bet a lot. It's not that there's no chance Mayweather stops DLH, but if he does, it's probably one of the greatest boxing performances of all time given the circumstances.

I am confused, I have access to Pinny, what would you suggest me betting? I know nothing about boxing and how to bet it.

FM is "Pretty Boy" Floyd Mayweather. ODLH is "the Golden Boy" Oscar De La Hoya.

if he had clear access to Pinnacle at the moment, Trix is advocating betting Oscar de la Hoya to win at +190 and betting Floyd Mayweather to win by decision at +111.

This obviously doesn't cover the outcomes of if Floyd stops De La Hoya, or if the fight is a draw (very unlikely and could easily be added in as a hedge due to the very long odds).

So OP's thought is that FM can't knockout ODLHA and if he wins it will be by decision because he doesn't have the power to knock him out?

I think its reasonably solid, although i'm not sure if its how I'd bet it or not, mostly because I haven't considered it much yet. I definitely think PBF will win this decisively, and trix is definitely right that a KO isn't very likely. You'd be looking at ref stoppage TKO or a cut as your only reasonable problem areas.

My money will probably just be on PBF straight out, but again i don't have access to Pinny either.

i read somewhere a couple months ago that at least one person was expecting a lot of de la hoya money in vegas on the day of the fight. now that i think about it, this is sort of an irrational prediction, but hey
