There was recently a new policy implemented at my work, if you show up late to work or miss a charge or make an estimate wrong or pretty much anything else, (up to management) you lose $1 an hour for 6 months. What is an appropriate response to this?

Show up late and make mistakes repeatedly until your hourly rate becomes negative and you have to start paying them. That'll learn 'em.
