Default $500 NL, 10 max, is this all in with AK preflop ok?

Stacks: Hero (cutoff) $350
Villain (sitting one to my right) $270
Button $450
SB $300
BB $550

Villain is a pretty weak player, pays people off big with top pair, etc. He doesn't normally do this, but two hands in a row he's made a large preflop raise. This is the third time.

Deal to hero: A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

5 fold, Villain raises to $50, hero is all in for $350.

My thinking was I almost certainly have a better hand than him and I didn't want to just call and have to make a tough decision on the flop if I miss. However there are three players still to my left.

All in ok?
