Default Set Extraction

Villian is 50/3/2 through short sample. I really debated here between calling, smallish 2-2.5x reraise, or push. If anybody calls, please give river line on diamonds and non-diamonds. Note that if you call, you would have about 200 left into a 170 pot.

I raise a bit more preflop, I bet a bit more on the flop and I bet a bit more on the turn. OOP I definately 3-bet the turn. It doesn't have to be big, I think 160ish is fine. Calling isn't fine at all though as it risks getting the river checked through and leting him get away cheap if he's on a draw of some kind.

I raise to about $150 - $165. Obviously call a push if he pushes. If he just calls, push river.

Raise like the minimum or something. He's not going anywhere with 44 or KT, and I would hate to give Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] a good price. Push any river obv.

being oop, i 3bet here. dont let a river card kill your action. 3bet to 150, push river.

Push now. Most of his hand range isn't going anywhere. A smaller raise may get a call out of spunky diamonds, but would fold to a river push. If you call you have to lead river anyway, so just keep betting here, and I'd push. Plus, a push looks more like an AK, than a call me smaller raise. (maybe)

What's with the $6 PFR? I thought you were a $7-$8 guy.

He's not going anywhere with KT/44 if we raise to 160 either. Min-raising to 115 would give him a great price if he's on a draw though.

I never call here simply because we are OOP. I like tanking it here for 10 secs or so and then making it 180 or so leaving villian about 100 left to call on river with the pot being about 380. No river card will kill our action at that point.
