Whats up with the Stars Cashouts?

Hello,
about 4 days ago I requested a cashout to my neteller account (not a us resident)
i wrote several em ails and asked what the status is and the last one said that they are experiencing a higher than usual volume of neteller cashouts.

whats up with that?
this cant really be true because they have no US transactions with neteller anymore and I cant imagine that a bunch of other players suddenly cashed out.

is this just a PARTY-like response to keep me waiting some more?

Stars support is the best in the industry. I know most of the neteller support is overseas and are probably blowing up right now. They dont care about you getting to you money. In fact, im sure they are hoping some nitwits havef a minimal amount in there and Neteller is somehow trying to keep it when it is unclaimed for a certain amount of time.

Yeah I am having the same problem with PS to Neteller withdrawal (I am not in USA). After waiting more than 72 hours I emailed PS to ask them what was going on. They said I should email them again after 1-2 business days if I have not received the money (no excuses).
Very annoying that my money is floating around in limbo. Am currently considering removing what little I have left (via visa) and moving elsewhere. How is full-tilt when it comes to withdrawing money?
