Spots like this give me a headache. BigStack's big raise screams medium pp. If I call (which I would if the raise was only to 150) and hit no more money will go into the pot (except he hits his set of course). If I push I can only rely on his ability to fold.

This is a simple shove. Even a coinflip is just about breakeven, and if they both fold or he calls with a smaller ace you make a big profit.
