5039 km. I am from the US.

Best: Rome, 4 km.

Worst: Kiev, 665 km. I put it *way* too far east.

Strategy tip: Aim for rivers.

Not to defend American ignorance (as there is plenty) but if one made a similiar map of the US, Canada, and Mexico and Europeans were asked to pinpoint major cities and state/province capitols and stuff, I doubt they'd all do it brillantly. Ignorant and stupid people infest the whole world.

Got a total of 6K, alot of them I nailed dead on, the Eastern European and upper European (Finland, Norway, etc.) areas are what got me.

It also doens't help that many of the spellings are in German.

american 5378

It doesn't help that the test is in German. For the most part, I at least knew what country each city was in. I messed up Bern because I got it mixed up with Bonn. I had no idea where Ankara was, so I ended up being off by over 1500km on that one (which isn't really fair, because this is suposed to be a test about Europe, but a huge plurality of my score came from not knowing where an Asian city is.)

American: 15291.

German spellings messed me up on a few.

I didn't realize I have almost no idea where capitals are inside of a country.

I'm european and got 5022. I missed Helsinki and Bukarest by over 500 km each. Oslo with 15 km was my best.
