If he had a lower pair that counterfeited, would he really check this great flop against three opponents who between them have a million overcards?

yeah, and he's rarely bluffing the turn in a 4 way pot too, especially since he's "very very tight."

No brainer really. He is rarely bluffing both streets here and it is very likely he has a T. As stated previously not a good spot to make a hero's call.
