Default Offshore Accounts

How difficult is it to obtain an offshore account? And how would someone go about doing something like that?

It's pretty easy in Canada, you just have to physically go to a canadian bank to open it. You'll need a valid passport and another picture ID.

What about Canadian residency and a Canadian address?

I am going to call you out on this. I'm 90% sure you are completely wrong and you need Canadian residence to open a Candian bank account. I've heard that multiple times from people in Canada, but I could be wrong as I've never tried it myself.

Something like this (with even the original post) could go in the newly created Travel Forum.

I'm sure someone there could answer your question.

PS - The answer is hard. I offer more specific advice in the aforementioned forum.

If you are asking to get around Party's ban while you are physically in the USA my understanding is that you can't get around it. You can't play while in the USA.

Wrong. There have been many posts pointing the direction to the solution to that problem.

Care to point me to a link? Admittedly, my info on this is old and I've had no reason to worry about it.
