Downloading in hotel?

Will there be trouble if I start downloading a couple of gigs/using torrent progs etc with my hotel connection ? (sahara, vegas)

I'd assume you cant, you probably had a terms of agreement thing to say yes you would follow or not when you plugged in. That probably could have held all of the answers you seek, and you should have read it. However I dont think anyone reads them. If you are going to try it, start with something small

I don't know about Vegas, but I have done it at various chain hotels - Marriot, Drury Inn, & the like. Both torrents and dl-ing an album from iTunes, with no difficulty.
