Default Pokerstars cancels Neteller trasaction from a canadian!

Recieved this email

"Hello X,

Due to recent events, effective immediately, NETeller is no longer processing transactions for U.S. players, including cashouts.

As a result, we have cancelled your pending NETeller cashout and placed the funds back in your PokerStars account.

We offer the following alternative cashout method:

BLAH BLAH"

I emailed them back say i was not a US resident and to NOT cancel wy withdrawl. Irritating.

Awwww...

We are so sorry you have to go through this inconvenience that could last several hours and possibly force you to ask for the w/d again. I will pray that no further harm comes from your transaction.

if u have a NT acct registered to a US address, they treat this as a US NT acct and u r screwed like everyone else.

u'd need to close that acct and open a new one registered to a cdn address

I thought Stars responded to Neteller's stupidity by taking all their business away from Neteller, worldwide.

It's still listed in the software. I don't know why they'd do that either. It would just punish their international costumers. I can see why they might deemphasize it though.
