X-Box 360 HD-DVD Worth it?

Anyone have this or try it? Does it upconvert standard DVD? (does the reg xbox 360 do this without the add-on?)

I have it. It's worth it if you want an HD-DVD player because a standalone HD-DVD player is $400+ and this is only $200.

It doesn't upconvert standard DVD unless you use the VGA output.
