RIPPED OFF: 2+2er refusing to pay me owed rakeback

I started playing poker in late August/early September and when I went looking for rakeback, got a PM from a 2+2er. He seemed legit enough, had a good amount of posts, and was friendly. I have been paid for September and October but have not been paid for November or December.

The amount totals to about $200 and the person who is supposed to deal with posts on 2+2 nearly daily. $200 is more than 10% of my bankroll, so this is quite a big deal to me.

I have sent him emails from two accounts, messaged him on IMs, and sent him PMs from 2+2. I have received "read receipts" for 2+2 so I know he's reading what I'm sending and just not responding. He said he normally receives payment around the 7th of the month so he very well could have sent me my share already (or at the very least, replied and told me it would be late).

I can post his name, email, IM names, websites, and whatever other information I have on him, but I don't know what good that will do.

Please help me retrieve my money, I'm really not sure what type of options I have. Any and all recommendations are appreciated. Thank you very much.

I hope you get what is owed to you. I despise people who don't pay people when they should. I work freelance so it happens often unfortunately.

I am also having some difficulty contacting a new rackebacker, a 2+2 guy, but not the same one as the OP (per PM). He might be out of town, or it might be because I am new and the account didn't get set up correctly, so I will be patient for a bit.

However, I think I read somewhere that the new gambling bill makes being a rakebacker in the US illegal. This might be a result of our missing compadres scrambling to clarify their legal position with their lawyers. If this is indeed the case, I would think a simple email to clients would go a long ways toward cooling off any fires.
